Welcome To Bay Street Pharmacy and Home Health Care. We have served the greater Sebastian area since 1984. We are your neighborhood pharmacy and one stop health care center. Owner and Pharmacist, Theresa Tolle, along with Pharmacists Jay Young, Cheryl Knudsen, Bob and Lynn Littleton, and other dedicated staff are committed to fulfilling our customers' needs. We offer personalized service, including compounded medications and many "hard to find" items not found at major retailers. We also offer a full line of vitamins and nutritional supplements.
Please schedule an appointment to meet with our registered nurse or one of our pharmacists. We offer consultations in the following areas: diabetes, cholesterol including dietary changes and exercise, medication therapy management or Medicare Part D plan choices. Please call for appointment times and fee schedules.
Delivery is available for a minimal charge. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about these important purchases.
